| 摘 要： | 本文综述了金刚石的功能特性及其近年来在宽禁带半导体、紫外探测器、量子计算机用单光子源、声波材料和电子封装等方面的研究与应用进展,并对金刚石材料在其它功能特性方面的开发与应用前景提出了展望。

| Abstract: | Functional properties of diamond materials and its study and application recent years on wide bandgap semiconductors, ultraviolet detectors, single-photon source for quantum computer, sonic surface diffusion and electronic encapsulation were reviewed in this paper, and other potential application on functional properties of the diamond materials were expected. |
