摘    要:以某塔式起重机为研究对象,组建BP神经网络并进行训练,对塔机不同的工作状态训练得到可靠的应力识别网络,确定塔机特征参数与结构应力间的非线性映射关系,识别出塔机起重臂结构的应力响应,为塔机寿命计算、安全监控及故障诊断提供参考。

Abstract:This paper is mainly to research the method of the structural stress recognition for tower crane jib based on BP neural network by taking a tower crane as the object of study.The BP neural network is set up and trained,then the reliable stress recognition network is obtained by training to the different work conditions.The relation between the tower crane characteristic parameter and the structural stress is built,and then the structure stress responses of the jib are recognized.The above results provides t...
