| 摘 要： | 针对卷筒纸印刷生产的特点,阐述了张力控制的目的和影响张力的主要因素,分析和研究了纸带张力控制机理.通过对罗兰卷筒纸印刷机纸带张力控制系统实例,详细剖析了张力控制系统的控制规律和控制回路.说明了张力控制系统中采用的PID控制规律的优点,并得出纸带张力控制系统的影响因素和控制中需要解决的相应问题.

| Abstract: | The purpose of tension control and main factors influence tension were explained according to the characteristic of web press. The mechanism of tension control was analyzed and researched. The tension control rule and loop were analyzed with instance of Roland web press. The advantages of PID control in tension control system were explained. The influencing factors and problems needed to be solved in tape tension control system were put forward. |
