摘    要:多绳摩擦提升机是利用钢丝绳和摩擦衬垫之间的摩擦来传递动力,摩擦力的大小关系着提升机能否可靠工作。根据柔索传动的欧拉公式,钢丝绳两侧的张力在满足F1≤F2eμα时,钢丝绳和摩擦衬垫之间不会出现滑动。依照张力差准则,钢丝绳两侧的张力要满足

Abstract:The paper makes analysis to two kinds of liner material about their friction and kinetic performance in lab, the result shows that liner A has higher densitya nd hygroscopic coefficient, highert hermal decomposition temperature than liner B, the former also has higher extensional strength, elastic modulus and yield strength than the latter, while liner A has an instable friction coefficient that is influenced by temperature.
