提高催化裂化柴油产率的常用措施

摘    要:分析了提高催化裂化柴油产率的传统方法,如选择适当的原料油,降低操作苛刻度(缩短反应时间,降低反应温度、剂油比、催化剂活性),改变柴油的切割点等;介绍了石油化工科学研究院新近开发的增产柴油催化剂及分段进料的组分选择性裂化的新工艺;沧州炼油厂在采用上述新催化剂和工艺,拓宽柴油馏程等措施后,使渣油催化裂化装置的柴汽比从0.83提高到1.27。

Abstract:Conventional methods for increasing the FCC diesel yield, such as selecting proper feed stocks, decreasing the operating seventy (shortening the reaction time, decreasing reaction temperature, catalysts/ oil ratio and catalyst activity), altering gas oil cut point etc. were analyzed. The new catalyst for producing more diesel as well as the new process of component-selective cracking with staged feeding developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing were introduced. After using the new catalyst and new process and widening the distillation range of diesel etc., the diesel/gasoline ratio of RFCCU in Cangzhou Refinery was increased from 0. 83 to 1. 27.
