杜儿坪矿风排瓦斯利用项目可行性研究初探

随着山西省煤炭产量和开采深度的不断增加,煤矿的瓦斯排放量和风排瓦斯量正逐年增加。由于风排瓦斯浓度低,利用技术难度大,长期以来受技术等原因影响,山西省绝大多数风排瓦斯均未利用,而直接排空,这不仅严重地污染了大气环境,造成温室效应,同时也白白浪费了数量巨大的清洁能源。本文以山西焦煤西山煤电集团公司杜儿坪矿的风排瓦斯利用项目为例,进行了风排瓦斯技术分析和经济评价,对全省推进风排瓦斯利用具有一定的借鉴意义。

Feasibility Study on VAM Utilization Project in Du’erping Mine

With increasing coal production in Shanxi province and mining depth,coal mine gas emissions and wind row the amount of gas is increasing year by year.As the wind row of the gas concentration is low,the use of technology is difficult,for a long time by influence of technical reasons,the vast majority of wind row of gas were not used but the direct emptying in Shanxi province,not only seriously pollutes the atmospheric environment,impact on global warming,while wasted a huge amount of clean energy.Such as Shanxi Coking Coal Group Xishan Coal and Electricity Group Company Du’erping mine VAM utilization projects,the VAM technical analysis and economic evaluation for the province to promote the VAM use has a certain reference.
