Abstract:Waste aluminium sludge in the aluminium factory was used to synthesize self-bonded aluminium titanate-mullite(MAT)materals,it can improve the stability of aluminum titanate and suppress the decomposition of Al2TiO5 during the cooling by the self-bonded method.In this paper,the effect of different formula on phase structure and microstructure of each sintered product as well as its content of each phase,was mainly researched to obtain a optimal one.In addition,XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize...
