本工麻花钻形变热处理新工艺

摘    要:批量生产证明,对用0SiCr和GCr15钢制造的木工麻花钻,采用高频加热,奥氏体化变形温度为900~950℃,在四辊热轧机上以37%~45%形变量一次成形,轧后到淬火冷却停留时间3秒之内,140~145℃停留1~1.5小时回火的工艺规程,能够获得理想的显微组织和良好的综合力学性能,刀具切削寿命显著提高。

Abstract:In this peper, a new Ausforming technology for wood cutting twist drill isintroduced. Application proved that the twist drill by this new Ausforming technology canincrease remarkably the cutting life as well as ideal microstructure and comprehensive mechanicalproperties can also obtain.
