摘    要:核心竞争力是90年代新兴的管理概念,它把企业之间具有产品和业务单元的竞争直接升华为企业整休实力之间的对抗,可以避免企业目光短浅的行为,对企业的发展具有深远的意义。本文首先探讨了核心竞争力的概念及其构成要素,核心竞争的基本特征和核心竞争力对企业发展的重要意义。

Abstract:Core competence is a new concept in 1990s. At this moment the rivalship of the whole strength among enterprises is the sublimated competence of specific products and business units among enterprises, and enterprises begin to avoid their short-sight behaviors. All these have profound significance for the development ofenterprises. At first, we discuss the implication and the element which forms core competence, primary feature, and the great significance of core competence for enterprise development. Later, we use the essential thought of the analytic method of structural model to design the index system that evaluates the core competence of enterprises by the design principle of index system. This index system includes 13 indexes reflecting the technology capability, management technology and teaching technology. It scientifically reflects the core compotence in a all-round way and provides important basis for enterprise policy-maker.
