豆石型灌浆料的工作及力学性能试验研究

摘    要:以配制豆石型灌浆料时的加水量和所掺豆石量为研究参数,研究上述参数对豆石型灌浆料工作性能和力学指标的影响。研究表明,对于所研究的豆石型灌浆料,其在13%加水量下具有较好的工作性能;其力学指标随加水量的增大而降低;当加水量小于14%,豆石含量小于35%时,力学指标随豆石掺量的增大而提高。此外,研究还发现,豆石型灌浆料的抗拉强度要比同等级的普通混凝土高40%左右。最后,通过分析试验数据,给出了各力学指标之间的回归公式。

Abstract:The effects of different amount of water and pisolite on the workability and mechanical properties of pisolite grouting material(PGM) were studied.The results showed that the workability of PGM with 13% water content was better,the mechanics indexeal of PGM decreased with the increment of water,and increased with the enhancement of pisolite when the amount of water less than 14% and pisolite less than 35%,moreover,tensile strength of PGM was approximately 40% higher than that of ordinary concrete.Finally,based on the experimental data,the regression formulas among mechanical indexes were put forward.
