铸钢试棒力学性能不合格原因分析

摘    要:对日常检测中材料ZG230-450两类力学性能不合格现象的试棒进行了宏观检验和显微组织分析。结果表明,试棒中出现残余铸态组织、集中夹杂物和显微缩松等缺陷是造成这两类力学性能不合格的原因。提出了改进措施。

Abstract:During daily test, two kind of ZG230-450 which mechanical property is ineligible were analyzed by means of macroscopic fracture and microstructure analysis. The results show that there were residual-cast-pattern, concentrated inclusion and microshyinkage-holes in samples. These factors resulted that two kind of ZG230-450 specimen which mechanical property is ineligible. The prevention method were also proposed to avoid similar events.
