| Abstract: | The article introduced the physical chemical properties of the polyglycerol. The application of polyglycerol and its derivatives in cosmetic raw materials, fiber industry and plastic industry is related. Meanwhile, the application of polyglycerol easters in food industry, oil and fat process, cosmetics and medicine industry is also included here. |
