摘    要:介绍了一种新型多效复合式橡胶防老剂FNPPD及其制备。其中包括该剂主要成分668防老剂(N-苯基N′-另辛基对苯二胺)的加氢法合成;合成668的原料之一2-辛酮的制备方法,以及668与酮胺类化合物复合为FNPPD防老剂的工艺过程。生产FNPPD具有可观的经济效益和市场前景。

Abstract:The preparation of a new multi-functional composite rubber antioxidant FNPPD was introduced in this paper, including the preparation of 668(N-phenyl-N-methyl heptyl-p-phenylenediamine)as main composition, the preparation of 2-octanone as feedstock of 668, and the blending of 668 and ketone-amine compounds into FNPPD. It is concluded that the production of FNPPD is more beneficial.
