汽油机集中式电子控制系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了基于上海大众3.8.2系统研制出的新型汽油机集中式电子控制系统。该电子控制系统通过运用80C196单片机和可编程系统器件PSD402A1实现了对汽油机的多点燃油顺序喷射控制、无分电盘电子点火控制、怠速转速控制及空燃比闭环控制。试验结果表明,该电控系统不仅在硬件接口上与原系统完全兼容,而且通过现场可编程系统器件的运用使得系统具有体积更小、可靠性和抗干扰能力更强的特点。通过在上海大众AJR发动机上的标定试验表明,应用了本电控系统的汽油机,其动力性、经济性和排放指标基本达到了原系统的水平。

Abstract:This paper introduced a new integrated electroinic control system of gasoline engine based on Shanghai Volkswagen (SVW) M3.8.2 control system.With the application of a new electronic control unit (ECU) based on Intel's 80C196 microcontroller & WSI Co.'s field programmable system device PSD402A1,multi-ports sequential fuel injection (SFI) system,distributorless electronic ignition system,idle speed control system and A/F close-loop control system were developed.The experiments show that the new system is not only compatible with M3.8.2 system,but also is smaller and has better anti-jamming ability with the help of field programmable system device.Through the calibration experiment on SVW 2VQS AJR gasoline engine,the results show that under the control of the new Control System,the Gasoline Engine's power performance,fuel economy and exhaust emissions recover to the former.This paper will discuss the control principle & strategy of every sub-control system and the experiment result with also be illustrated.
