| Abstract: | Standing on the height of international political and scientific strategy,Deng Xiaoping put forward a great strategic blueprint to speed up the socialist modernization progress by uniting trained personnel.This strategy has transformed the party's united front work and opened up a new way,and allowed the work to exert its influence in an international range,which is of essential guiding significance to do a perpetual good job in uniting intellectuals and in expanding international united front. |
