Er:LiNbO3晶体生长及光损伤性能的研究

摘    要:在LiNbO3晶体中掺入Er2O3,利用提拉法生长了Er:LiNbO3,晶体类型分别为Er(1 mol):LiNbO3,Er(2 mol):LiNbO3,Er(3 mol):LiNbO3,晶体Li/Nb=0.94.通过测试晶体的吸收光谱,确定晶体的吸收边发生红移.测试了Er:LiNbO3晶体的荧光光谱,用Er3+团位束缺陷中心解释了Er3+的荧光发射性能随Er3+掺杂浓度的增加而提高的机理.测试了Er:LiNbO3晶体的光损伤阈值,Er(3 mol):LiNbO3晶体的光损伤阈值相对于其它两种晶体有显著的提高.

Abstract:Doping Er2O3 in LiNbO3,Er:LiNbO3 crystals were grown by Czoehralski method. The tape of the crystals were Er ( 1 mol) : LiNbO3, Er(2 mol) : LiNbO3, Er(3 mol) : LiNbO3, Li/Nb = 0. 94. Through the measurements of the absorption spectra, we confirm that the absorption edge continuous moves to long wavelength. We measure the emission spectra of the Er:LiNbO3 crystals, explain that the emission ability of the Er^3+ increases with the increase in Er^3+ codoped concentration by Er^3+ ions cluster defect centra. The result of the photodamage resistance ability of Er:LiNbO3 crystals shows that the threshold concentration of Er(3 mol) :LiNbO3 is much higher than the others.
