电容储能脉冲功率源中Rogowski线圈标定方法

摘    要:采用电荷守恒原理研究了电容器放电下的ROGOWSKI线圈标定。针对具体电路结构提出了测量电容器中电荷转移量的标定方法,分析了包括电容值测量误差、电阻分压器测量误差、ROGOWSKI线圈测量通道误差等影响标定误差的主要因素。实验比对结果表明新标定法准确度较高。

Abstract:A calibration method for Rogowski coil under capacitor discharging is studied according to the principle of charge conservation.Rogowski coil is commonly used in pulse current measurement of capacitive pulse power supply.For a classical circuit,a method is put forward that the sensitivity of Rogowski coil can be calculated by measuring the transferred charge.This method can eliminate errors induced by the spatial distribution of Rogowski coil related to the current.Also,the factors mainly affecting the accuracy of calibration are discussed.
