混凝沉淀预处理工艺研究

摘    要:通过对混凝沉淀的原理及工艺参数等影响因素的试验研究,结果表明:混凝沉淀预处理工艺,对淀粉废水一类高浓度有机废水,具有明显的处理效果。对比试验结果表明,采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为混凝剂对废水进行处理效果最佳,当进水pH为7~8时,COD、SS的平均去除率分别达到36.2%和71.0%。

Abstract:The result of experiment about principle and technological parameter in coagulating sedimentation in- dicated that the pretreatment of coagulating sedimentation played a very significant role in the treatment of high con- eentration organie wastewater, starch wastewater for example. Result of contrast indicated that polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) worked best in the pretreatment process. The average removal rate of COD and SS, when the pH value was between 7 and 8. was 36.2% and 71.0%.
