遥感技术在资源环境监测中的作用及发展趋势

摘    要:对遥感技术在资源调查与环境监测两大应用领域近年来国内外发展现状进行了归纳分析,以若干应用实例阐明遥感技术在实现对地球资源环境进行宏观、实时、动态、连续观测中的不可替代作用。在列表归纳未来10 年国际卫星遥感计划的基础上,分析了卫星遥感技术的发展趋势,指出21 世纪遥感技术将在全球资源环境中起到更重要的动态监测、业务预报、灾害预警等作用,遥感技术本身将得到进一步发展完善,为经济、社会可持续发展的决策提供客观准确的资料数据,成为指导政府行为的重要依据

Abstract:The recent developing status both home and abroad on application of remote sensing technology to investigating resources utility and monitoring environment changes is analyzed and reviewed in this paper.It is demonstrated that remote sensing technology plays a non fungible role in realizing real time,macrolevel,dynamic and continuous measurement of earth resources and environment based on a lot of examples.By listing international satellite remote sensing plans next decade,the authors analyzed the trends of remote sensing technology.The authors also predict that remote sensing technology will be main tools of dynamic monitoring,operational forecasting and disaster warning,etc.during 21st century.Remote sensing technology will also be improved well and it will be important means providing the Governments with data of sustainable development.
