摘    要:通过试验和利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DANA进行数值模拟,探讨了带内筋铝合金筒形件强力旋压变形过程中应力、应变的分布规律,分析了各种因素及工艺参数对成形的影响,合理地描述了实际产品的生产过程。结果表明,该加工过程适于采用大减薄率的一道次成形。在坯料的自由端施加一定的阻力,在合理的范围内尽可能地选择较大的进给比,且在虑减薄率和进给比等各种工艺参数的综合影响的基础上,可以加工出较好的产品。

Abstract:On the basis of experiment and numerical simulation conducted by means of finite element analytical software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the distribution rule of stress and strain in the deformation process of power spinning of aluminium alloy cylinders with inner ribs is inquired, and the influence of all elements and process parameters on the forming is analyzed. Hereby, the production process of actual products is summarized reasonability. The result of the experiment and simulation shows that a better production can be realized by adopting high thickness reduction ratio with one-channel shaping, by exerting a certain resistance on the liberal end of the work piece, by choosing a higher ratio of feeding within a reasonable scope and taking account of the comprehensive influence of all kinds of process parameters including the ratio of thickness reduction and ratio of feeding.
