湿法氟化制备水合氟化钆的脱水机制及其氧的行为

摘    要:以水合氟化钆为原料,通过TG-DTA热分析法和多因素组合实验法,研究了湿法氟化制备水合氟化钆的脱水机制及其氧的行为。结果表明,水合氟化钆的化学式为GdF3.0.53H2O,83℃前脱去0.2mol结晶水,259℃前脱去0.23 mol结晶水,568℃前脱去0.1 mol结晶水,270℃开始发生水解反应,生成GdOF使氟化钆产物中氧含量增加,除溶解和吸附氧外,O以GdOF形式存在;水合氟化钆脱水过程中加入NH4HF2可降低其氧含量;将水合氟化钆在空气中灼烧后加入8%NH4HF2混合压块,在300℃下充氩保温后进行真空脱水,可获氧含量为0.09%的低氧氟化钆。

Abstract:Dehydration mechanism and oxygen behavior of hydrous gadolinium fluoride was studied by TG-DTA analysis and combinative experiment method.The chemical formula of hydrous gadolinium fluoride is GdF3·0.53H2O,0.2 mol crystal water is removed before 83 ℃,0.23 mol crystal water is removed before 259 ℃,0.1 mol crystal water is removed before 568 ℃.The remaining crystal water reacts with GdF3 to form GdOF at 270 ℃,make oxygen content of gadolinium fluoride products increased,except for dissolved and adsorbed oxygen,O exists in the form of GdOF;added NH4HF2 in hydrous gadolinium fluoride can reduce the oxygen content of products for dehydration process,Roasted hydrous gadolinium fluoride in atmosphere,mix and press one with 8% NH4HF2,constant temperature at 300 ℃ after filled with argon,carry on vacuum dehydration,low oxygen gadolinium fluoride of 0.09% oxygen can be obtained.
