摘    要:为学习旋转变压器角度转换、测量和通过双通道粗精组合提高测量角度精度的原理和技术,从工程应用角度出发,针对精密无刷旋转变压器,采用混合型单片机C8051F021为处理器,利用芯片内集成的ADC、DAC等实现激励信号产生、正余弦信号测量、轴角计算和双通道粗精组合,完成实时、高精度轴角测量。经实验测试,该装置的测量误差控制在0.05°以内。

Abstract:This subject is based on resolver and Mixed-Signal MCU of C8051F021, in which we make the most of the ADC and DAC to achieve and measure the sine-cosine single, calculate the angle and complete the combination of coarse and fine cock Then we can mostly master the technology of angle measuring through the resolver. The measurement error of this device is beyond 0.05° by test.
