电感式扭矩传感器在电动助力转向系统中的应用

摘    要:扭矩传感器是汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)的关键部件之一,其输出特性直接影响到EPS系统的控制性能。该文介绍了一种电感式转向盘扭矩传感器的原理,设计了传感器的信号调理电路,并在具体的EPS实验系统中得到了应用。实验结果表明,该扭矩传感器各项性能满足EPS系统的要求。

Abstract:The torque sensor is one of the key parts of an electric power steering(EPS) system,and the characteristic of EPS system is much concerned with the output of the torque sensor.The principle of an inductive steering torque sensor was proposed;the signal processing circuit of the sensor was designed and applied in the EPS experimental system.The experiment was carried out,it has been found that the sensor has excellent output characteristic,and could satisfy the requirement of performance for EPS torque sensor.
