摘    要:研究溶剂萃取法制磷酸二氢钾过程中萃取剂种类、萃取剂浓度、相比、时间、温度对萃取效果的影响.结果表明,使用三辛胺-环己烷混合萃取剂(c(三辛胺)=1.1 mol/L),在30℃、相比为1时,经过5次错流萃取(每次萃取5 min),所得磷酸二氢钾w(KH2PO4)为97.66%,达到了HG2321-1992规定的农用磷酸二氢钾一等品的标准.

Abstract:The effects of type and concentration of extractant, ratio of phase, extracting time, operation temperature on the extraction efficiency are investigated for preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate with solvent extraction process. The results indicate that with TOA-cyclohexane (c(TOA) =1.1 mol/L) as mixed extractant, ratio of phase of 1, five times extraction (5 rain each time) at 30 ℃ , the purity of KH2P04 can reach to 97.66%, which can satisfy the standard for agricultural potassium dihydrogen phosphate grade of HG2321- 1992.
