| 摘 要： | 针对磷矿矿种不一、品位下降对磷酸和磷铵质量的影响,云峰分公司将8万t/a磷酸浓缩装置作为第一级、20万t/a磷酸浓缩装置B系列作为第二级进行磷酸串级浓缩改造.改造后,磷酸w（P2O5）提高到46％以上,磷酸中杂质含量降低,MER降至0.1200以下,确保w（总养分）64％的DAP养分合格稳定,产品颗粒均匀、圆整.

| Abstract: | Because the types and grade decrease of phosphate rock affect the qualities of PA and DAP, the concentration of PA in Yunfeng Branch Company is reformed that the 80 kt/a PA concentration plant is taken as the first grade concentration of PA, and the 200 kt/a B series PA concentration plant is taken as the second grade concentration of PA. After the reform, w （P2Os） in PA is increased to more than 46%, the impurity content in PA is decreased with the MER below 0.120 0, which is the guarantee to produce the qualified DAP product with w（total nutrient） of 64%, uniform and round particle. |
