摘    要:针对磷酸二铵装置成品冷却系统能耗高的问题进行了工艺优化及风机变频调速的技术改造.改造后,成品冷却系统的电耗降低1.422 kW·h/t,煤耗降低3.4 kg/t,且设备维修费用下降,年节能降耗总效益达154万元.

Abstract:Based on the high energy consumption of product cooling system in 400 kt/a DAP plant, the technical transformation is taken including process optimization and variable frequency drives for fan. After the transformation, the power consumption of product cooling system is decreased by 1.422 kW. h/t and coal consumption decreased by 3.4 kg/t, the cost of equipment maintenance is reduced, the total benefit of transformation is 1.54 million RMB Yuan per year.
