摘    要:用X射线荧光光谱法测定了管线钢中Si,Mn ,P ,Nb ,V ,Ti的含量。钢样用车床加工至表面平整、光滑。采用强度校正模型 ,用计算机拟合工作曲线。所拟方法与常规湿法化学法测定结果相比较 ,取得满意的效果。

Abstract:A X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of Si,Mn,P,Nb,V, and Ti in pipeline steels by the model SRS 300 XRF spectrometer is described The sample is cut to be flat and stick by a lathe machine Using the mathematical model of correction of X-ray fluorescence intensity,the calibration curves are regressed by computer The results obtained by this method are comparable to those obtained by conventional chemical methods which have tedious procedure and take a lot of time
