气相色谱法快速测定牛奶中脂肪酸

摘    要:牛奶中高级脂肪酸经甲酯化后,利用气相色谱法测定,结果表明十二碳以上的长链脂肪酸的线性范围好,相关系数为r=0.9991以上,回收率在89.0%~109%之间。方法简便,快速。

Abstract:The high fatty acid in milk that had been methylated was analyzed by gas chromatograph methed.The results showed that long chain fatty asid Consisting of mcre than 12 carbons was in very good linear range,whereas the Correlation coefficients was 0.9991.The recovery rate was 89.0%- 109%. The method is simple and fast.
