水土保持与节水型社会

通过分析水土保持与水资源及节水型社会的关系,提出了水保生态与节水型社会建设应有的作为.水土保持关键在水,节水定当先行;生态植被建设涵养水源,节水应从源头抓起;水土保持蓄水保土,小流域清水长流,节水致富于民;水土保持减沙淤积,减少了黄河冲沙用水,客观上起到了节省流域总用水量的作用.同时要科学认识森林植被建设对河川年总径流量的影响.

Through analysis of the relationship between soil and water conservation with water resources and water-saving society,it is proposed that ecologic water and soil conservation and water-saving society establishment are promising measures. The key of water and soil conservation is water, and water saving should go ahead. Water is conserved by ecological vegetation, therefore water saving should pay more attention to this. Water conservation keep water and soil and prevent small watershed from pollution, so it is beneficial for enhancing people's living standard. Water and soil conservation can reduce sendiment, which could reduce water consumption for sand flushing in Huang river. Objectivity it save total water consumption in river basin. At the same time, impact of forest vegetation on total annual runoff of rivers is objectively evaluated.
