The Construction of Risk Analysis System in Water Control Project Function Design

With the continuous development of our country water undertaking which plays an important role in the process of rapid development of national economy. This article puts forward correlation theory about improving the quality of en-gineering structure by optimizing the function design, in view of the risk issues involved in the functions design of water control project.
