碳纤维连续抽油杆作业车的研制

摘    要:研制了一种将杆柱起升(下放)与杆柱缠绕分别驱动的新型碳纤维连续抽油杆作业车。这种作业车采用全液压控制,引入了智能控制技术进行作业过程的监控,包括作业参数(悬重、杆长等)数字化测量显示、扶正器安装位置自动控制、安全操作自动报警等,针对作业车对中井口难的实际情况,将起升(下放)装置和缠绕盘设计成可移动式;其主要特点是:起升(下放)载荷能力大,起升(下放)作业时杆柱受力状况改善,杆柱缠绕盘负载扭矩大幅降低,作业过程自动化程度高、速度快,设备对井场环境的适应性强,易损件少,便于维修,兼顾杆的运输和作业两项功能,减少设备投资,持续作业时间长。

Abstract:A new continuous carbon fiber busywork unit is developed, which can separately drives the sucker rod lifting (setting down) and the sucker rod coiling. The busywork units controlled by the hydraulic transmission and control technology and the busywork process is monitored by intelligent control technology, including the digitizing measure of busywork parameters, automatic controlling the location for rod centralizer, automatic alerting for operation security, etc. According to the situation that the sucker rod is hard to be concentric with the central of the well, the lifting (setting down) assembly and coiling unit are designed to be mobile. The chief character is that it has strong ability for lifting (setting down) the road, the mechanical conditions of the sucker rod can be greatly improved, the torque of coiling load is low, the busywork unit has high automatization, quick working rate, strong adapting ability to the well site and has few damageable workpieces and can be maintained easy, be used for both transporting the sucker rods and working, it can reduces the equipment investment and gets long-lasting working time.
