| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型空气湿度计的原理和测量方法,采用热电阻作为湿度敏感元件测量空气湿度,通过单片机对测量信号进行运算处理,可同时求出绝对湿度等多个湿度参数。同时,还设计了非线性补偿等软件,对测量数据进行修正以减少测量误差,实验测试结果表明:该湿度计的性能指标达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | The principle and measurement technology of a novel humidity gauge for air are introduced.A thermistor acting as sensing element is used to measure humidity of the air.The signals are processed by a single chip processor so that absolute humidity and other parameters relating to humidity are found out.The software compensating for nonlinearity is proposed to decrease measuring errors.The experiment results show that the design requirements for performances of the humidity gauge are met. |
