聚硅硫酸铁的制备及其处理炼油废水的试验研究

摘    要:随着环境污染的日益加剧,水资源的再生利用对现实可持续发展具有深远的意义。传统的水处理工艺已跟不上实际要求,研制和开发新型高效、经济的无机混凝剂,已成为一个重要与紧迫的研究课题。本试验研究出一步法制备固体聚硅硫酸铁(PSPFS)工艺;采用正交试验法,通过模拟浊水的混凝试验,确定最佳工艺参数。PSPFS和商品PAC的对比试验表明,在处理炼油废水时,PSPFS好于商品PAC。

Abstract:Along with the aggravation of the pollution of environment, the water circulation has profound significance for realistic society. The traditional water treatment process is behind the times, then the research and exploitation of an effective and economical inorganic coagulant has become an important and urgent research topic. A one-step method for preparation PSAFS solid is designed in this paper. The optimal parameters are determined by the orthogonal test method and coagulation test of simulated wedge. Through the contrast test of PSPFS and commodity PAC, PSPFS is better on treating refinery wastewater, rather than commercial PAC.
