| 摘 要： | 野生牛肝菌烘干后经热水浸提，乙醇沉淀得粗多糖。粗多糖经Sevag法除蛋白后上DEAE-纤维素柱层析，分离得到四种多糖组分Nb-Ⅰ、Nb-Ⅱ．Nb—Ⅲ和Nb-Ⅳ。红外光谱对Nb—1分析表明：Nb—Ⅰ为含有葡萄糖醛酸的β—D-吡喃葡聚糖。Sepharose CL-4B测得M）．1分子量为4．0×10^4，总抗氧化能力测定结果表明：牛肝菌粗多糖和Nb-I均具有抗氧化能力，且后者高于前者。
