| 摘 要： | 介绍了SIMADYN D全数字控制系统在3 500 mm中板生产线上的应用,同时介绍了雪橇控制和负荷平衡控制在轧制过程中的实施方法。实践证明,该系统能有效提高交流调速传动控制系统的设计、调试效率,具有控制精度高、响应快速、操作可靠及易于维护的优良品质。在生产中投入了实现雪橇控制和负荷平衡控制后,明显提高了产品的成材率。

| Abstract: | The application of SIMADYN D control system in roughing mill of 3 500 mm medium-thick plate plant was introduced.And the application methods to realize sledge rolling and load balance control in plate rolling were introduced.The practice proves that the system can be effectively increase the design level of alternating adjusting speed driving control system,debugging efficiency.And it also proves that the advantage in the system are high control precision,fast response,operation reliability and facility maintenance.After the application of sledge control and load balance control in plate rolling,good effects of increasing finishing product rate has been reached. |
