| 摘 要： | 分析我国森林在自然因素和人为因素的干扰下,造成生态环境恶化,自然灾害频发,水土流失严重,土壤肥力下降,物种减少等一系列不利影响,着重研究了森林在国民经济发展中的巨大作用.根据1998年洪灾造成3 290亿元巨大损失的实际情况,因地制宜地提出几条对策.以恢复与重建森林资源.

| Abstract: | The forest of our country is under the interference of the natural factors and human factors. As a result, there is a series of adverse effects. The ecological environment worsens, the natural calamities take place frequently, soil erosion becomes serious, soil fertility drops, the number of species reduces, etc. This paper analyzes and studies the enormous function of forest in the development of national economy forest emphatically. According to the fact that the big flood in 1998 caused enormous losses of 329 billion RMB, this paper puts forward several countermeasures in line with the local conditions. |
