摘    要:以NH3为还原性气体对负载型CuO/复合载体脱硫剂进行了再生研究。在固定床反应器中对再生脱硫剂的脱硫性能进行了考察,以穿透时间为指标,结合BET和FT-IR表征手段,考察了温度、时间对脱硫剂再生性能的影响。实验结果表明:最佳再生温度和时间分别为300℃、100min;脱硫剂CuO/活性炭+凹土吸附试具有丰富的孔结构;脱硫剂重复使用4次,仍然保持了较好的脱硫性能,其穿透硫容高于30mg/g。

NH3 Regeneration of Supported CuO for Flue Gas Desulfurization

Abstract:The regeneration of absorbent CuO supported on the complex carrier of attapulgite and activated car -bon was carried out using NH 3 for the flue gas desulfurization .With the breakthrough time as an index , the des-ulfurization performance of regenerated sorbents under different conditions was tested in a fixed -bed reactor , combined with characterizations of BET and FT -IR.The experimental results showed that the optimum regen-eration time and regeneration temperature was 300℃and 100 min, respectively.Due to the porous structure of CuO/complex carrier , the breakthrough sulfur capacity of the sorbent regenerated for 3 times was still over 30 mg/g, which proved its good future in industrial application .
