| 摘 要： | 介绍了LIP-300催化剂在中国石油兰州石化公司炼油厂3.0 Mt/a催化裂化装置上的应用情况。结果表明,在装置操作条件比较稳定的情况下,使用LIP-300催化剂后,油浆产率、柴油收率分别降低1.05,2.73个百分点;汽油、液化气、丙烯收率分别提高0.94,2.48,1.04个百分点;汽油中烯烃体积分数下降1个百分点;汽油的研究法辛烷值提高0.6个单位。

| Abstract: | The commercial application of catalyst LIP - 300 in a 3.0 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of Lanzhou Petrochemi- cal Company,PetroChina,was introduced. The results showed that in the case of not changing the main process conditions, after using LIP - 300, the yields of slurry oil and diesel re- duced by 1.05 and 2.73 percent points, the yields of gaso- line, liquified petroleum gas and propylene increased by 0.94,2.48 and 1.04 percent points respectively. Gasoline re- search octane number increased by 0.6 units,while the olefin volume fraction in gasoline reduced by 1,0 percent point. |
