| 摘 要： | 建设项目跟踪审计是从建设项目正式立项开始到竣工决算阶段,重点进行建设项目的经济性和效率性审计。审计的目的在于控制和节约项目实施过程中的成本支出,同时起到规范建设管理,维护建设合同和建筑市场秩序等作用。
