摘    要:“职业情境,项目主导”工学结合人才培养模式是以学生为主体、以能力培养为核心,在仿真或真实企业环境中,通过基于软件产品开发工作过程的项目设计与开发为主要教学组织形式,注重素质训练、能力培养的工学结合人才培养模式。“职业情境,项目主导”工学结合人才培养模式融入了产业、行业、企业要素,具有实践性、开放性、职业性的特点,是工科院校人才培养模式的改革与创新,对培养学生的专业技术能力、岗位职业能力和社会实践能力效果显著。
