917H焊条用钢丝的试制工艺

摘    要:917H焊条钢丝采用退火并经表面处理后 ,进行较大单道压缩率冷拉生产工艺 ,可生产出具有一定强度的低磁性焊条钢丝。退火温度在 780℃以上 ,保温一定时间后快速出炉 ;室温下表面处理采用硫酸酸洗 ,再经硝酸白化 ;采用草酸盐涂层和干式润滑方式可形成良好润滑载体 ;拉拔道次压缩率为 13%~ 18%。

Abstract:Adopting bigger single draught drawing process after anneal and surface treatment to produce steel wire for 917H welding rod can obtain suitable strength and lower magnetism. The anneal temperature is above 780 ℃ and the wire fast come out from furnace after a certainty time heat preservation. The cleanup of surface oxidation husk ought to adopt acid pickling with vitriol then to make white with nitric acid. Using oxalate coating and dry lubrication mode can form good lubrication carrier.Single draught is 13%~18%.
