| 摘 要： | 福建炼油化工有限公司油品车间2台不合格柴油罐投入运行以来,气相部位在潮湿大气和储存油品中挥发的硫化氢共同作用下,罐顶板、上层圈板存在不同程度的腐蚀减薄,腐蚀严重的部位已穿孔。液相部位的罐底板,由于碱渣中性油带有的硫酸沉积,造成底板局部位置腐蚀严重。针对不合格柴油罐的腐蚀原因和主要腐蚀部位,从改善腐蚀环境和采用涂层隔离两方面,提出了相应的防护措施。

| Abstract: | After on-stream operation of 2 off-spec diesel tanks in Fujian Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the tank roof plate and upper ring plate have experienced corrosion thinning of different degrees or even corrosion failure in some locations due to the combined effect of humid atmosphere in gas-phase section and volatile hydrogen sulfide in oil product.The bottom plates in the liquid section have suffered from severe corrosion caused by the precipitation of sulfuric acid carried by neutral oil in spent caustic.Corresponding corrosion protection measures are presented in respect of improvement of corrosion environment and application of insulation coatings. |
