磁载杂多酸催化剂的制备及催化性能研究

摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了磁载杂多酸催化剂(MSHC),并对其进行了表征,考察对乙酸和正丁醇酯化反应的催化活性。EDAX结果表明,元素Fe、Si、P和W存在于MSHC中。IR和XRD结果表明,磷钨酸在负载后基本保持Keggin结构。磁性测试结果表明,催化剂具有顺磁性,在强磁场作用下可进行高效磁性分离。酯化反应中MSHC的催化活性接近于纯磷钨酸。磁载杂多酸催化剂具有催化活性高、易回收、可重复使用和操作简单的优点,有效解决了催化剂活性组分易流失和难以回收循环利用的问题。

Abstract:A novel magnetically supported heteropolyacid catalyst (MSHC) was prepared by sol gel method. EDAX results showed that the elements of Fe,Si,P and W existed in the MSHC. FTIR and XRD results indicated that the H3PW12O40 molecules had a Keggin structure. The MSHC was easily magnetically separable in strong magnetic field due to its paramagnetism. The MSHC exhibited activity for synthesis of n butyl acetate via esterification, comparable to that of pure H3PW12O40. The MSHC featured high catalytic activity, easily separability and repeated usability.
