大面积防腐施工中电弧喷涂工艺优化

摘    要:为保证在大面积防腐施工中超音速电弧喷涂铝涂层质量的稳定性,用正交试验方法对喷铝工艺参数进行了优化设计,优化后的工艺参数为:喷砂角度为45°,喷涂电流150A,喷涂电压34 V,空气压力0.7MPa,喷涂距离150mm.在此条件下得到的涂层结合强度为25MPa,比一般的电弧喷涂层结合强度提高了48%.

Abstract:Aiming at the coat quality unstable problems of arc spray aluminium in large-scale production, the technological parameter of supersonic arc spray aluminium was optimized with orthogonal testing ~ the optimized parameter were : 450pray grit angles, 150A spray electric current, 34V pray voltages, 0. 7Mpa pressure of air, 150mm spray distance. In this condition combined strength of the coat was 25Mpa, strength increased 400-/o compared with ordinary arc spray aluminium.
