摘    要:某燃生物质锅炉在运行中过热器出现泄漏,经检查发现过热器管子腐蚀,通过对管材进行理化分析,对管外垢样进行能谱分析、原子吸收分析、熔融试验分析及x射线衍射分析,对生物质燃料灰成分分析和灰熔点分析,对过热器结构进行分析,得出过热器管腐蚀主要是由于管子多次持续超温,以及在高温下碱金属氯化物和硫化物对管壁金属的腐蚀等因素引起的,从而提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract:Leakage failure was encountered by the superheater of a biomass-fired boiler during operation where tube corrosion was found.Based on a series of analysis respectively on the tube material,surface scale,fuel ash as well as structure of the superheater,the corrosion was found to be caused by repeated overheating and existence of alkali chloride and sulfide.In order to solve above problems,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
