福建——华东联网工程串补技术的应用探讨

摘    要:华东—福建联网后出现的暂态稳定性问题和低频振荡问题使华东—福建联络线输送能力受到很大限制,并威胁电网的安全稳定运行。文中对联络线采用串联补偿技术来提高输送能力和解决低频振荡问题进行可行性探讨。利用德国西门子公司的电力系统仿真软件NETOMAC,在分析2007年华东—福建联网暂态稳定性问题的基础上,对联络线采用固定串补(FSC)方案进行了仿真计算,对各种串补度进行了比较研究;在分析2007年华东—福建联网后的低频振荡问题的基础上,对联络线采用可控串补(TCSC)方案进行了频域分析和时域分析研究。研究结论表明,串补技术可显著提高福建电网的暂态稳定性水平,大大提高华东—福建联络线输送能力;采用TCSC可以很好地解决华东—福建电网互联后联络线上的低频振荡问题。

Abstract:After interconnection of Fujian-East China power grid,the transmission ability of tie-line was limited and the safety operation of power grid was threatened by the problems of transient stability and low frequency oscillation.The paper discussed the feasibility of using series compensation technology on tie-line to improve transmission ability and solve the problem of low frequency oscillation.Using power system simulation software NETOMAC developed by Siemens,Germany,and based on analysis of transient stability after interconnection of Fujian-East China power grid in 2007,the scheme of adopting fixed series compensation on tie-line was calculated,and various degree of series comparison was compared.Based on analysis of low frequency oscillation after interconnection of Fujian-East China power grid in 2007,the scheme analysis of adopting controllable series compensation on tie-line was carried out on the frequency domain and time domain.The study conclusion shows that series compensation technology can improve transient stability level of Fujian power grid apparently,and raise the transmission ability of Fujian-East China tie-line greatly,and can also solve the problem of low frequency oscillation on tie-line of interconnection of Fujian-East China power grid.
