电喷汽油机燃用低比例甲醇汽油的试验研究

摘    要:在电喷汽油机上燃用低比例甲醇汽油混合燃料与燃用93#汽油进行对比试验研究。试验结果表明,汽油机燃用M15,M25混合燃料均比燃用93#汽油输出功率高,增幅为3.1%~7.7%;M15当量油耗率与93#汽油油耗率基本相等,M25当量油耗率降幅较为明显,最大降幅达16.8%;混合燃料有效热效率高于93#汽油;混合燃料比93#汽油CO放稍有降低,HC排放降低明显,NOx排放在中低负荷时有所改善,在大负荷时排放增加。

Abstract:Two kinds of low proportional methanol-gasoline blended fuels and the 93# gasoline were researched and contrasted by the experiment on an EFI engine. The results show that: the power of the engine with M15 or M25 increases by 3.1%-7.7"% than 93# gasoline; the fuel consumption of M15 is equal with 93#, the fuel consumption of M25 decreases obviously, the max decreasing amplitude is 16.8% ; the efficient thermal efficiency of the blended fuel is higher than 93# gasoline; the CO and HC emissions of blended fuel are lower than 93# gasoline, the NOx emission is lower thah 93# gasoline but higher in the high load condition.
