| 摘 要： | 介绍了优化设计在工程建设投资控制方面的作用,并从审查设计概算、进行设计招标、实行限额设计、运用价值工程原理等方面阐述了优化设计的主要措施,分析了优化设计运作困难的原因,以降低工程投资,实现建设项目最佳的经济、社会和环境效益。

| Abstract: | It introduces the effect of optimum design in controlling project constructing investment,elaborates main measures of optimum design from design checking,designing bidding,quota design,value project principles.It also analyzes the reasons why the optimum design hard to operate,so as to reduce the project investment,and realize the best economic,social and environment benefits of constructing items. |
