摘    要:为提高低密度奇偶校验(LDPC)码的低复杂度硬判决译码算法的性能,提出了一种改进的比特翻转(BF)译码算法,在迭代时利用一个交替的门限模式对多个比特进行翻转,降低了每次迭代时比特被错误翻转的概率,从而有效提高了译码性能.仿真结果表明,与BF算法相比,该算法在保持低复杂度的基础上获得了更好的译码性能和更快的收敛速度.

Abstract:An improved iterative bit-flipping(BF) algorithm adapted for decoding low-density parity-check(LDPC) codes is proposed to improve the performance of the hard-decision BF decoding algorithm.The new algorithm uses an alternating threshold pattern to determine the bits whether to be flipped or not,and the flipping error probability is effectively decreased.Simulation results show that compared with BF algorithm,the improved BF algorithm improves both the error-correction performance and the convergence speed while maintaining the low computational complexity.
