泾惠渠灌区推进末级渠系水价改革

陕西省泾惠渠灌区结合中日技术合作大型灌区节水改造示范项目和续建配套与节水改造．通过完善计量设施，实行开票到户，增加水费收取透明度等一系列措施，积极推进水价改革，建立起了科学合理的农业用水价格形成机制和灌溉水费收取制度。

Water pricing reform of end-canal system in Jinghuiqu Irrigation District

Due to the implementation of China-Japan Technical Cooperation on Water Conservation Rehabilitation of Large Irrigation Districts and continues construction of counterpart facilities in the Jinghuiqu Irrigation Districts in Shanxi Province, a series of measures are adopted, such as modernization of metering facilities, delivering receipts to households and increasing transparency of water charge collection, so as to promote water pricing reform, and form a reasonable water pricing system for agricultural water use and collection system of irrigated water charges.
